THE SMELL OF AUTUMN

Out of all the smells of autumn there is one that I really like, the smell of roasted chestnuts!!

Taking an evening stroll in that crisp, cold wind of autumn, that makes you snuggle a little bit more into your scarf, and walk pass a stall that’s roasting chestnuts is too much of a temptation for me, I just have to stop and buy a paper cone full of hot roasted chestnuts…yummy

Doesn't it feel just great when you hold the warm chestnut paper cone in your hands to warm them up, while you breath in their smell, and then eat them?

After missing a few Sunday Doodle Party’s, I’m back again with a new doodle that Les Antònies have proposed both for the Crafty Bloggers, and for anyone who would like to join in. We had to choose between “la castañada” and halloween, and as you can see, I picked “la castañada”.

To illustrate my roasted chestnuts I have used coloured pencils.
